Box Xpress Shipping Policy:
Box Xpress, a subsidiary of Gentle Giant Moving Company, Inc., is proud to announce a switch to using FedEx for all of it's delivery operations. After you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the products ordered, shipping and billing addresses, order number, and more.
Orders will typically be picked up for shipping the day after the order is placed. Once FedEx has picked your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped, as well as a tracking number you can use track the delivery of your order.
All orders ship from Box Xpress and Gentle Giant's headquarters in Somerville, MA. Transit times will vary based on shipping destination. Once an order has been picked up for shipping, Box Xpress no longer has control over the delivery date and time.
Because some delivery locations will not be protected from foul weather, a signature at delivery will be required for FedEx to complete the delivery. A signature may be received from either the person who placed the order, another person at the destination location, a neighbor, or a signature on a door tag specifying that the packages may be left unattended as a customers specified destination.
Box Xpress and Gentle Giant are not liable for any damages incurred to products ordered during the shipping process. Box Xpress uses high quality 200# bursting test boxes to protect your items during shipping.
